Fanastic!!! Through Shane, I was asked to be part of an "expert" panel and was able to speak for about 10 minutes in one of the breakout sessions. This is an international association for my field, and our largest conference of the year. I have just made a name for myself - in year one of attending (attended as a student 15 yrs ago).

Good job on the speaking!! Can't wait to see what's in store for you throughout the year!
Yeah, I saw one of the threads before it was purged.. it was around 200 pages and locked. It's so much fun to look back on the old threads to see where we've been and how far we've come.

It had to be a big purge. I have also saw post counts drop of people who don't post in singles.
ETA my fingers not moving as fast as my brain.

Speaking of hurricanes, what do you think of Ida? Are we going to get any rain out of that? I sure hope we do. She doesn't look like she'll have much strength by the time she gets here, but oh, we need the rain!!

Yeah, you all have been getting a LOT! I know I'll be in store for it after the move. Richmond gets a lot of rain when others get snow.
