Ok everybody, it's that time of year again. I'm a little slow in starting this, but hopefully we can get things organised quickly.
Okay…here are the rules, very simple:
If you wish to participate in the exchange, I will need the following information from you by November 9th:
Forum User Name
Real Name
Mailing Address
Email Address
(please specify if you only want e-cards)
My email address is: godsgrace39@hotmail.com. Please put in the subject line, "2009 Community Christmas Card Exchange", otherwise it will go into my junk box.
If you want to receive cards, but don't want to give out your personal info, I encourage you to find someone else (either IRL or on the forums) who is willing to receive cards for you at their mailing address. Please work out these details *before* emailing me.
And if you ONLY want to send ecards, send me an email to let me know. (You don't have to send me your personal info, of course.)
By November 14, I will send an email to everyone who wants to receive cards. The email will include a list of the handles (not addresses) of people who want to send cards.
Those of you who want to receive cards will then have several days to look over the list of potential senders and consider whether you want them to have your mailing and/or email address.
By November 16, I need a response via email from everyone who wants to receive cards.
I want one of these two responses:
It is OK for everyone on the list to have my information.
OR...
Do NOT send my mailing address to:

Do NOT send my email address to:

b.
c.
By November 18, those who want to send cards will receive an email from me with the names, addresses, and/or email addresses of everyone who said you may have their info.
