That's a good sized house you have there!
I currently live in my boyfriend's parents house ( I just moved to Indiana from the Cleveland area in August). I was thinking about renting my own apartment, and I'm glad I didn't.
Even if I was making enough money to pay for it, I can live here for free (although I do my share of work... which isn't a big deal since I would be doing it all by myself if I were alone). I currently work at a restaurant and at the college I attend. Between both jobs I get about 20-25 hours a week.
There are some decent deals with foreclosures around here, but we have a wedding to pay for before we start seriously looking for anything.
