For those who have stopped masturbating, please share your tips for stopping. Please add whether or not you experienced wet dreams soon or late after.

my wife is away and wont be back for another month, i made a bet with her i could go the whole time without the 'M'. so far so good. i just, uh, havent done it... no real secrets or methods. but i want to win the bet though, so i have incentive to not do it. :P
