All down the back of my legs hurt from the step class yesterday! Not sure about my run tonight, but I am going to try. Advil here I come! :)

Recently been riding more than running so gave my bike and tires a break and have ran a couple of days. Today would have been a good one for a bike ride but the weather is nasty. It is always obvious which muscles we use when changing from riding to running. I'm a little sore too!

I sort of took Wednesday off except that my job on Wednesday allows for a good amount of stair climbing if I skip the elevator so at least I did something. Thursday I really did do nothing. So far today I did my pool workout. I keep adding exercises and reps and I am almost up to an hour so that is good

I ran 30 on treadmill. I've decided that my body is in shape and being able to sustain a decent speed for 30 mins. is a mind thing. I have been doing this for a year and my brain constantly tells me while I'm running to stop while I constantly argue that I won't. It's ridiculus! If I could spank my brain I would.

This morning I was only able to do 20 mins on bike. I've been getting quite the workout at my job and my legs were burning Tonite I completed 30 mins on bike and 8 min abs. I notice that I'm able to workout much better after I've eaten but I really prefer to exercise before I eat. Anyone know which is supposed to be better for workout itself and burning calories/boosting metabolism?

I'm so bummed today. I went to the pool this morning all excited because I'd finally finished writing my solo tech routine and was eager to try it out. I got about halfway through my warm ups when the lifeguards informed us that we had to get out of the water. Apparently, the hours changed and now there's a class taking up the entire 50 meter pool beginning at 6a. Totally sucks. Especially since there were like 8 people in this class. Seriously? 8 people can share one lane. Surely they could give up a little space in this big Olympic sized pool for the rest of us.

I have been bad lately. Have not exercised like I hoped I would but I did exercise my abs, buns, and arms and bust for 10 minutes each today.

I did really good yesterday. I did a 2 mile walk and a 45 minute pool workout. I'm a little sore this morning but not too bad.

Run on Monday Tues Nothing Wed Run Thurs Step Class & Weights Fri run That is my week! I am moving into the 4 days a week. Sat and Sun my husband and I do other types of exercise together, so there is more.

Haven't been on in a while. Life has been kind of crazy. Gym today. Rode almost 4 miles. Did all my exercises (machines, and free weights). I thought I'd be a lot worse off than I was because it's been so long. Glad to know I didn't go TO far downhill.

Worked out twice today! woohoo This afternoon: 30 mins aerobic; 10 min abs This evening: 30 mins exercise bike w/weights; 10 min abs

I did my run today! It was hot out! Yikes! But I upped my speed, did a little better... One step closer to the 10 min mile.. :)
