Father, help me please to stand out of the way of Your Will -- not to be stubborn or act rashly; and LORD, if I do wrong You know how I grieve so please forgive me and make all things right again with Your will. Dear Heavenly Father,
So much in this world I don't understand. I remember once hearing that when we can't see your hand, trust your heart, and Lord I know you are good and your plans for us are good, and I pray father that your perfect will would be done and you would help us as christians to stand and be strong. Lord, help me to accept your will in the matter of my daughter. The guy that she is seeing I just really love and want to be part of our family, but at the same time I realize that he's got so many issues in his life, I just don't know that it would be good for her in the long run. So I just seek your will for her life and peace about the matter. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Father,
You know I love you, and you know my heart. Even my best efforts at trying to orchestrate or fix situations would not help without you. I just thank you that you are there and ask Lord that your will be done in all matters on earth as it is in heaven. I praise you that you are in control of not just the big things but the little things. In Jesus Name, I pray. amen.

I was reading H. Norman Wright, trauma counselor, and he says:
Life is marked by losses. Some are life changing, such as leaving home, the effects of natural disasters or war, the death of a loved one, or divorce. Others are subtle, like changing jobs, moving, or a broken friendship. But whether you encounter family, personal, or community disaster, there is always potential for change, growth, and new insight.
And from griefshare:
Lord, I'm going to walk this journey by faith because what I feel and see sure isn't helping. Amen.

Father, sometimes life seems like it is about nothing but loss, large and small.
Sometimes I don't feel like seeking Your will. Sometimes I even dread Your will.
Sometimes I just want to sit here in my grief and pain and wallow in it.
But no matter how I FEEL about anything, I will always come back and say THY WILL BE DONE.
I do that because I know by faith and experience that Your way is the best way.
So Lord, let Thy will be done.
