Had a Baptist nap, finished the book I was reading, paid bills, and prepared for a special (8:00 a.m.) City Council meeting tomorrow.

And Mrs. K and I are going to have hot dogs for supper (an appropriate Sunday night summer meal if there ever was one).

Wow! What an absolutely novel idea!




I have the pair of lamps . . . they even match the lamp shades. However (a) I have no place to put them; all my surfaces have been overrun with toys; (b) the lamps are still in boxes and (c) I don't really want to display them or even keep them. The only reason I unpacked the lamp shades is because I thought I was unpacking toy boxes.

But, funny you should quote my rebounder post . . . last night I decided to just move the shades to the bed when I need to use the rebounder and move the shades to the rebounder when I want to go to bed.

Oy.

I am so not a "stuff" person.

Have I mentioned I like clean, bare surfaces and no clutter?

Around here even the floor is a flat surface to put something on. We have a lot of clutter. When I start getting rid of stuff Larry actually goes back through the dumpster pulling stuff back out that he'll fix "someday"

I was just typing up a post to help a person understand Mt 13:44:

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and hid; and for joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field. Mt 13:44


My explanation centered around Spam. But to make that analogy work, I had to make God be steak.



I guess I'll have to think on this for a while.
