Yes, I'm getting excited about Saturday night. Get to meet some of my forums friends. And I can't wait to meet Kirk in person. I've seen him once in concert, but didn't get to talk to him much. This outta be a really, really fun time together!

And....I'm definitely lookin' forward to the concert, too! Dinana reminded me yesterday of how many times she has seen BB. I've seen them only once in a concert, but a couple of times for appearances at Legacy Five Labor Day shindigs.

Well you know I'm excited to see them and all of our forum friends. I'm looking forward to seeing the Hoppers too...haven't seen them in a while and let's not forget Ivan. I always enjoy seeing him.

Status: offline 		Booth Brothers is going to be at Hoofers in LaGrange August 9. I believe this will be their first appearance there. Saw the program today and they have been given more time to sing that the usual 45 minutes there. They are there with The Primitives and Southern Heritage. Southern Heritage was the talent winners this past March.

Yes...you have my endorsement for president! I read on another website that yesterday was Ronnie's birthday so I asked him last night and he confirmed it. So happy birthday Ronnie...isn't it grand to see those years fly after 40???

I bought Michael's solo cd and must say it is wonderful. I already have Ronnie's. As I stated in the concerts attended thread I loved the accoustic version of Castles in the Sand. Great job guys. My mother came down from VA to attend the concert with me...you guys have won over another fan! BTW...I had to tell her 3 times that Jim wasn't a brother by birth!!! She kept asking which one isn't a brother????

It was especially cool to get to meet them. Just wish hubby and GB could have stayed to enjoy too ('lil stinker missed her nap and wanted to go back to her cabin ). Hubby got to see them at NQC a few years ago though.

Michael, I echo what Lynn said...quit lurking and get your haunches in here and post with us, will ya?

ETA: They sang He Saw It All...you all know how much I love that song!

Status: offline 		I talked to Michael after the concert and told him that they had done every one of the songs that I would have requested if I had been able to give them my top favorites list, so I was very, very happy, too! The ones on the top of my list were Ronnie's "I Would" and Michael's "The Secret Place".

Look us up when you're there. Before the concert we'll be sitting around a table eating either hamburger or chicken sandwich. We love their concession food there. Don't eat the buffet it's too much food to eat before a concert. Our seats are Section B Row 1, Seat 11 & 12.

We may try the buffett ...our seats are B-7 seats 8-11.
