Tomorrow morning I'm having a Cheesy Frittata with onion, red bell pepper, yellow squash, cilantro, a slice of jalapeno, pepper, three eggs, and a little grated Romano cheese on top. Yummy!! Oh, and maybe some turkey bacon too. I love Saturday mornings.

Filboid Studge!

From a Saki story.

Fresh ground cornmeal added to flax, millet and rolled oats. Add a little water and salt and cook 60 seconds. Add sugar and fruit. Mmmm.
