*That it's sooo much cooler than the last few days!
*That everyone got home safely last night!
*That the police did not give us a ticket for pulling a trailer without working tail lights.
*That I get to travel lots lately!
*For prayer.
*For the Holy Scriptures.
*That fall is almost here and things start up again at church!
*For a wonderful summer -- different, with lots to do, and satisfying!
*For the prospect of another trip to Israel!
*That God chose me in Christ before the foundation of the world!
*That my sins are forgiven in Christ!

For getting this insomniac out of bed at 1:30-ish, and taking me by the hand and leading me into the spare room, and keeping my company while I worked on getting my bookshelves in order til 3 AM. I not only had a wonderful companion to talk to, but also found a book I had been unsuccessfully looking for.

First and most importantly for sending His only Son to die on the cross for me! Thank you Jesus! I also want to thank him for my beautiful wife of 3 years and my 5 month old baby boy!! Thank the Lord!!!!
