I hope I am allowed to start this thread for anyone with a PRAISE report. Please post anytime the praises you have.

Praise the Lord......Mrs. C. slept for about 7 hours last night. Her doctor told her to take a dose and half of Nyquil which she did. She fell asleep right away. And was sleeping when the phone rang and it was the doctor's office calling to check on her. It is ok that the phone woke her. It shows their concern. And they just called back with an answer to a question I asked her to check on. It was possible the shot she received caused her to be awake for about 40 hours without ANY sleep at all.

Thank you for letting us know. I am so very glad that Mrs C. got some sleep last night, and I hope she can continue to get rested up today.

After the phone rang and woke both of us up, I was laying there thinking of the good news I had to post for all of you this morning and it came to me that we needed a place to post praises. So that is why I started this thread. I hope the moderators will allow it to continue.

I agree we need to pray for each other but we need a place to rejoice as prayers are answered! So glad Mrs. C got some much needed sleep and hope she is able to get rested and feeling better!

Good to have a praise report thread. There is one in the Forums, but the SG folder has developed into a world of it's own.

Great minds, well, geezer minds, think alike. I thought about doing this the other day but was too reluctant 'cause I thought I might get my fingers "tapped" by a Mod since there was already a Daily Praise, and I already had sore fingers, so I chickened out!

Praise God Mom's second doctor appointment of the week went well today.
Praise God TDR's new diabetic meds are working for him.
Praise God my own health is improving.
Praise God for everything I know He is working thru Holy Spirit.

The concert I was at tonight was a praise, we had CHURCH!!! I love it when it's not just music but the Holy Spirit moves and people are touched!!!

Abba Father Almighty Eternal Jehovah God we Praise You and we thank You for Grace, Mercy, Love, Forgiveness, and give Honor unto You because You are Holy God.
Thank You for yet one more opportunity to proclaim Jesus as the only spotless Lamb of God Who takes away our sin.
I'm having a tough time, Yahweh, and only You understand my heartaches and only You will truly hold me and carry me because I just can't walk right now. I'm limping along but I thank You for Your Grace that strenghtens me while You are working on these family issues. Your Word never fails! I will Praise You and receive Your Grace!

Thank God for children...little boys and little girls..equally sweet & precious, but definitely differently difficult & pleasureably pleasing to parents & grandparents [:)]

The Oaks "Thank God For Kids" song is a testimony of sorts

Yeah, the grandkids you can just mostly enjoy & have fun and then return them back to Mama & Daddy "payback" is rewarding [:D][:D]

We had wonderful service today.
Pastor's began by saying he had been led early this morning to change his sermon and he preached/talked/taught on how prayer is from the heart and doesn't need be eloquent or "just right" and God knows the heart and just wants us to talk with Him.
Long story short, it encouraged some people who had never prayed aloud in public and turned into a Prayer Meeting and everyone in the house more or less joined in & all were greatly blessed.

Thank you for all the prayers for my mother. We were able to stay at the World Premier all week. Mother is up in a wheel chair and doing great. Thanks to God's Grace. Doctors told us that they did not expect her to live. They were surprised at the Miracles of God.
