(((((((Y'all)))))))) are awesome.
Mom is staying another night....she had all kinds of test today, including a chemical stress test and she passed with flying colors. They say her heart looks pretty good, but they wanted to one more test (a CT scan) to make sure there were no clots in her lungs. There was a bit of a wait for the test, so they decided to go ahead and keep her there until she could have the test and if the results of that are good, they'll send her home.
They have her on a moniter that they keep an eye on at the nurse's station and a couple times tonight she had a rapid heartbeat and the nurse came in to see if she was okay. The last time was when my sister showed up with a bag of chocolate and she was showing it to her, LOL! We decided she got too excited about the chocolate.

Mom is home. I went and picked her up from the hospital this afternoon. They never did do the CT scan because they could not get a line in her veins and they gave up (poor thing has been poked numberous times the past couple days).
I am sure I have a sinus infection and I feel like crud. My nose is all stuffy and I'm talking funny and my glands (under my jaw) are swollen and painful. I hate being sick.

They can never get Dave's veins, either.... (because of past history of drug abuse)

Evelyn is like this boundless bundle of energy. She can't go for 5 seconds without prancing, bouncing, flipping, or skipping. It's driving me nuts. She keeps running through the house, out into the living room and jumps and bounce-lands onto the sofa.
I wish I had that much energy. I don't even remember having that much energy when I was a kid.
