As of now... I am planning on going to Gadsden, Alabama on July 17th to see Triumphant Quartet.

Then the next night driving on up to Jackson, TN to attend Frank Arnold's Singfest....in which Triumphant will be appearing as well.

What do you know about the TOR?? Will I need to see about getting a ticket or something in advance, or is it one of those show up early and get the best seat you can type of things?

Haha. Plans aren't set in complete stone yet...but I'm thinking about coming up on Wednesday night so that I'll be in Gadsden all day. That way I can get in line SUPER early!

I hope you two are planning to let me sit with you... we will be the Triumphant SuperFan club. Can you just imagine their faces seeing all three of us sitting there!

That's right. We go to Gadsden quite often for singings there. As Dinana said food is great. You set down they (tables are banquet style) they bring a skillet of corn bread. A tin mixing cup of slaw and pickle onions. You then order what you want from the menu. They even have turnip greens. We have never gotten anything that wasn't excellent and well prepared there. They specilize in seafood, but the chicken fingers are great.

edit to add....Vera will nearly be classified as an old geezer also. Diana went to one of those SENIOR parties the other night to see Greater Vision.

Well, you and I will have to be the "youngins" that keep those geezers feeling youthful!

I've just very nearly talked myself into making a trip to Mississippi over Memorial Day weekend. I really shouldn't, but seeing Triumphant on the 25th and then Crossway the morning of the 26th is nearly too much to deny myself! Especially since I'm already off work!

Thanks for sharing the info! That website is blocked here at work (these school filters are such a pain sometimes!!!

It looks like I'm set to go to my second SG concert of the year!

Greater Vision is coming about an hour and a half north of me next Friday, May 16. Mike Allen, John Darren Rowsey, and Greg Lockridge will also be there.

Unless Jason changes his mind and stays, this will be my last chance to see him with GV, so I'm really glad this concert looks to be doable.

Bill and I will be at Family Fest in Gatlinburg, Tn Memorial Day weekend.
This will be our first time at this event!!
