Hey now don't forget to wear you SG Tshirts from Armydude lol that will make us stand out to each other. Since well we are the ones buying them.. lol guys may be off a cppl days see you all on wednesday. Doing some traveling for job interviews.

So, bringing this forward, wasn't the consensus to try for lunch on Friday at 1:15 in the lobby part of the Exhibition Hall but that we could also try to meet at the Singing News booth each evening before the concerts?

I believe you are right but is there anything open for lunch in the Exhibition hall at that time of day? I was thinking it didn't open until around 4 but I could be wrong. If that's the case, we need to find another meeting place or out lunch will be a coke and crackers!

To get in that one you have to leave before the concert is over and even then sometimes you don't make it. There is one out toward Brooks, KY that is busy but not as bad as that one and I haven't tried the IN one but maybe I will this year.
I'm staying near the airport and can help with transportation if needed.

I think they were thinking of that one area that has a vendor toward the far end of the lobby. I ate there once last year. It's outside of the Exhibition Hall.

Sounds like a plan, if there's anywhere to eat.
And if there isn't anywhere to eat, we can just sit together and talk for a half hour. We could do this at an easier pace than a Singing News gathering at the SN booth--that would be very busy, and I imagine the exhibition hall sound level would be high, so it would be nice to do this too, in a more relaxed setting.
By the way, I can't speak for him, but I have good reason to believe that another very prolific member of this forum who hasn't posted here yet will also be there. :) He's someone that many members of this board have wanted to meet for a while (and no, I'm not referring to Amerigrandpa--I'm referring to someone whose name is known).

We could also leave a 'message pad' there as well, so we could leave important 'notes' (with dates/times/instructions) for one another. That is ALWAYS a good thing to make available so that no one is just hanging around waiting on someone.
Anybody got suggestions for how many tags/lanyards we might need?

I'll definitely be at NQC, and will do my very best to be at the meet-n-greet on Friday! We're not sure if we're leaving Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, but we may schedule around the luncheon if we can.
