Hey guys! I found L5's old VHS video Strong In The Strength on ebay, it arrived in the mail a few days ago and I watched it last night for the first time. LOVE IT!!! My favorite song so far is I Believe, what a message!

I just had to share that!!!

Hi there,

Do you know if 'Strong in the Strength' is on DVD, or if not, whether it will be put on DVD?

I don't believe that they ever released "Strong In The Strength" onto DVD and I do not seem them re-releasing but you never know... All the best

Yeah, I don't remember L5 ever putting Strong in the Strength on DVD . . . I just happened to find an old VHS on Ebay that someone had for sale.

Hi there, everyone!

I can no longer play any videos. I had, and still have many (not Legacy Five), but have been putting them on disc. I can record and play DVDs.

All the best!

I recorded Strong In The Strength on DVD too - I just can't take the chance of letting my VCR eat it!!!!!

Might want to get a spare set of belts for your VCR. Worn out and broken belts is usually the underlying cause of the problem described as "eating tapes."

Yeah I suppose they are! But we have a lot a VCR's sitting around we don't use anymore, so if one goes bad we already have plenty of spares!!!!

Hey guys,

Okay...Soooo...I wasn't able to go to the Texas Praisefest the whole 3 days, but we did go Saturday night...and I'm trying to talk my Mom into going on Sunday night, pray!!!

It was SOooo AWESOME!!! Okay...It's late so I'm gonna try and give ya' what I can remember now, and if I remember more later I'll tell ya'...LOL!

Well, it started out horrible...We actually left about 2 hours early even though we only live about 20 minutes away, but we wanted to be sure that we got there in time to get good seats. We got lost...lol...We drove around downtown FTW for about an hour until we found it. It was about 100 degress outside and we have no a/c...I had to push my sister (in a wheelchair) up Mt. Everest...and by the time we got into the Hilton I was sweaty and nasty...grrr!!! We headed straight for the ballroom (Tim patted my sis on the back as we passed him...He remembered her from the other concert) and found a seat, but it was such a bad angle for pics and videos...so I stood in the back to get a better view. After we were situated in the ballroom, I went to the bathroom...lol! I came out (I did wash my hands btw) and headed straight for L5's booth. I was just standing there waiting for the lady in front of me to move so I could pick up their new Jubilee CD, and Frank was talking to some other lady...and he stopped and said, "Hey, Katie...I'm glad you're here." He gave me a hug and I was like, "I can't believe you remember me!" He said, "Yeah, I remember you...I even got an email from you saying you were going to be here tonight and that you wanted to take pics and talk...lol" So, we talked for a little bit about his son (bless his heart...He said it was the hardest thing to be there while his son was in the hospital) and took a picture...and I bought the Jubilee CD from him.

About this time, Tim was starting to play the piano in the ballroom...so we went in there and got in our seat. Tim did fantastic on the piano...btw! Some people named the Specks (IDK) sang first. Greater Vision sang next...First time I saw them...and they were great! They sang Faces, and a few other classics. Then...you guessed it...Legacy Five's turn. They opened w/ Somebody Sing...I believe it was during this song that a lady went up to get a pic of them, and they all stopped singing gathered in a group and stood there for the lady. I got it on video...I'll have it on youtube soon. I can't remember the exact order of the songs, but they sang Going Home Day, Jericho Road, and New Jerusalem Way...and Truth is Marching On...Scott sang the first verse...Jim Brady sang the second. Booth Brothers came on stage and took over. L5 came down off the stage all the guys went to left of the stage, but Glenn came off to the right came back to where I was standing, tapped me on the arm and said, "Hey, how are you doing?"...AHHH!!!! Booth Brothers did fantastic, then we had intermission.

I got all the guys, except Frank to sign my new CD (which comes w/ a cool poster type thing inside). Went back in for the second half, which was all the groups (GV, L5, and BB)...They sang the songs off their new CD...Frank said it was the first time ever that they were able to sing it together...and it was awesome!!! I was recording it, and then...the unthinkable happened...my camera died!! So...I got half of Jubliee, which I will upload on youtube...Sorry guys!

Then it was over...I got pics w/ all the guys and got all them to sign my poster thing. The Booth Brothers and Greater Vision were in the ballroom the whole time, and L5 was out in the lobby part...I didn't have Frank's signature...So, I was like we gotta get out there before he leaves! He was still out there, and I got in line to have him sign it...and Scott came over and was talking to him and this elderly lady...and some older lady came over to Scott and said, "Would you sign this for me, handsome." Scott looked at Frank and said, "Did you hear that? She called me handsome!" And Frank said, "Well, you know what? This young lady in the white over here (me) has a unique screen name on the internet. Tell them what your s/n is!" So I said FrankSeamansisCUTE...and I was kinda embarrassed, but I thought it was so cool...I think to make me feel better he said..."I think she means my son." He came over and gave me hug and said I hope you don't mind me doing that...I was like no...I like it...LOL! He said Okay, cuz I was just teasing. Then we talked more about his son, and going to visit him. Got more pics w/ Frank, Scott, Howie, Glenn, and Tim. I asked Glenn if we could get a pic and he said, "You better get a pic w/ me." My Mom had a hard time gettin' him in the pic cuz he's so tall, so he said, "Here, I'll kneel down to get on your level." He was referring to Naomi, Katie, and me (mine, I...whichever one is correct)'s question on facebook about him being tall. And then, Tim...He gave me a big hug...He noticed my sis got a hair cut...took a pic w/ us...chatted for a few seconds...then off we went...it was great!

I know this is long...and there are so many more details I left out that I'll have to gather later.

Awww...You guys are going to LOVE the new CD...I only got one song on video, but it's one of the best on the CD. I'll post it soon.

Oh, yeah...lol...Frank asked if I had changed my s/n...I was like no, but I can if you want me to...He said, "No...You know I'm just teasin' ya' (w/ his cute little southern accent)"...Sorry that was a random that I left out.

Am I allowed to talk about the Booth Brothers and Greater Vision...Or is that not allowed in this forum?

Oh, and Naomi...I might need your help to figure out how to get these on youtube...It's just on long video and don't know how to get it into clips for youtube. You're the computer nerd around here...LOL! I mean that in a good way too! =)

Wait...another random memory...I was takin' pics of the hotel and we were on the second floor...I tripped over my skirt and almost flipped over the railing...and Frank was standing right there...I was SO embarrassed...I don't think he saw it though...LOL!!!

Okay...I'm gonna think of some more...haha!

LOL...I don't think he saw it...I hope he didn't! He was like getting on the moving stair thing...I think he was talking to Howie. So, I'm pretty sure he didn't, but ya never know!!!

Okay, since Nate and Katie said it was ok to talk about BB and GV...I'm gonna give a little review of them too...

Well, after the Specks were done w/ their part...GV got up there. Gerald told this hilarious story about Jacob and his arm-length rifle!!! Gerald said that Jacob took the rifle out and shot some animal, and one of the gun shells (I guess) got caught in the chamber. So the next time they stopped the bus...Gerald got off and shot the gun, but he shot it in an enclosed area...So it made his ears ring. He got on the bus and said man my ears are ringing...Jacob looked at him and said, how far away from it were you??? LOL...It's an arm-length rifle...LOL!!!! When he told it was funny! They only sand about 4 songs...They were all older songs. They did great as always. While they were on stage performing...Michael Booth sat in front of us. I went to the back to video record though...while I was in the back Jim Brady came in behind me and I didn't know it, but I felt someone brush up against my arm and I was about to turn around and say, "excuse me!"....LOL...Then I realized it was Jim Brady...I just smiled and he said hey!...lol...I think I stared at him for a few minutes b/c he is cuter than I thought...LOL!!! (Shhh...Don't tell Frank though...lol) Then Ronnie Booth came in tapped me on the shoulder and said hey how are you? (I never even met these guys b/4)...I just smiled...w/ stars in my eyes!!! They both went up and sat w/ Michael in front of my fam. L5 got on stage...I told you about most of their's... (Gerald kissed Scott on the cheek...LOL...I got it on video...it was funny) They sang Somebody Sing as the opener...Did Great!!! Every one was right on...They did the thing w/ Glenn where they pull his pant legs up, but I think did something by accident...(I couldn't really see from where I was)and he turned around and was like fixin' something...and Scott said, "Good thing you had socks on"...???, not really sure what happened?! Then they sang Going Home Day...Frank was on fire!!! The best I've ever heard that song! Then they sang around the piano Jericho Road and then New Jerusalem way...That was the song where they stopped and took a pic. Then they closed w/ Truth is Marching on. Booth Brothers got up and sang a few songs...like The Blind Man song, He came to me, Stand (I think), Look for me, and few others...Michael was SO funny!!

Of, course their historic event (according to Frank) of Jubilee was fantastic. All of them up there on stage was great. The CD is designed by Jacob...The CD actually looks like an old record...you know the kind old people used to listen to. It comes w/ the poster thing...great design by Jacob! It's hard to explain...but, just know that the CD is worth every penny! The guys looked like they had a great time singing together. Michael played the drums for the last song...he said, "If you don't believe in drums in your church...don't worry...I'm about to beat the devil out of em here in a second!" LOL! Jim Brady did an awesome arrangement w/ In the Sweet By and By...OMSoul...It's amazing! New songs on it too...they sound like the old fashion kind of Southern Gospel...it's great!

I got a pic w/ Michael Booth...lol...and he when I asked for the pic he said sure if you don't mind being up against my sweat! He said he wasn't used to playing the drums in a suit...lol!

Uhhh...Stink...We gotta leave...We're heading to the hospital to see Frank Jr. I'll get on when I get back and give ya the rest of the stuff...

No problem! If u have any questions about how to just let me know and I'll be glad to help . Hey, I'm like, proud to be a computer nerd(Scott Fowler called me that )!! LOLOLOL

OMgosh!!!! That is too funny!! I agree with Katie(L5girl... this Katie thing can get kinda confusing ) That totally sounds like something that would happen to me!! One of my bad things is sometimes when I talk to artists, my brain and my tongue get out of sync and all of my words end up in a tangled up ball of stupidity!!!!!!! .. It's only happened a few times, but It's really annoying .. and my brain totally blanks out sometimes.. like I can't remember ANYTHING!!! *sigh* I guess it's just nerves .

That is too sweet about the BB's!! They're just awesome!! Well... they would have to be.. they're best friends with L5!!!lol . I can't believe that you got to sit RIGHT behind them!!!! THAT'S SOOO cool!! You are definitely blessed my friend . Were you sitting in the back of the audience? I've only ever seen them sitting toward the back..

I'm so glad you got to see Frank Jr, Katie! I'm glad he's keeping in good spirits(I talked to her on FB, Nate )!! I wish I could've been there too To think.. I was born and raised here in Texas, then YOU move here from PENNSYLVANIA and end up living 30 minutes from the Seamans familyt AND you got to meet Frank Jr. before me!!!! NOT RIGHT!!! lol.. I'm totally pickin' at ya Katie I'm sooo glad you were able to visit him, I know you guys were an encouragement! I was praying for you guys .

Okay, good! I was thinking maybe I'm putting too many details in, and I'm starting to get annoying.

Frank Jr. looked pretty good for having his last chemo, today. He said tomorrow he will have no immune system. I think he said they are gonna start the stem cell transplant tomorrow, but I'm not positive on that one. He seemed to be in good spirits. He said he's tired of not being able to leave his floor. He has to be there for a month, and then he will be in isolation for 3 months. He won't be able to go to malls and such. All in all, he looked very tired and worn, but in good spirits. He said he appreciates all the prayers!

We brought him some sour patch kids...he said they were his favorite. We got to play foosball w/ him. He won...btw! And I even got a hug...He's a real sweetheart! Makes me want to pray double hard for him...being able to put a personality and a voice to a person really changes the way you pray for them. You realize they are just like you.

Anywho...It's late...I'm tired...and I'm gonna go b/4 I say something stupid again...LOL!

Talk to ya'll later!

Okay!!! Let me see what I can get in here b/4 my computer dies on me...LOL!

Okay, well, like I said the actually CD looks like a little record, and it has the poster in it of all the guys. The first song is The Happy Jubilee...which is all of the groups singing together...It's a cute little song. Upbeat!

Come Unto Me features the BB and has lead parts w/ Scott F. and Gerald.

He Pilots My Ship features just GV.

I Can Hardly Wait features L5 and GV.

In The Sweet By and By features BB...Like I said, it's got a new arrangement, but it's still that same old hymn...made even better.

Someone Who Cares features L5 (one of my faves)

Better Hurry Up features GV w/ lead parts switched among Scott F. and Jim Brady...Very cute song...Catchy tune!

Jesus My Wonderful Lord features BB w/ Glenn

Life Will Be Sweeter Someday features L5 and the BB

Jesus Will Hear Me When I Pray features all of them.

Most of the songs are new, but written and arranged to sound like the old fashion Southern Gospel music. All the songs are great! This is one you don't want to pass up buying! And it can be found in a store near in a few weeks...LOL! It was $15 and I bought mine from Frank (like I said) LOL! That way the money goes right to them.

I'm not real good reviews of CD's, so let me know if there is anything else you want to know.

Thanks for the review Katie! That's sooooo cool it looks like a record! Someone had a good idea there! I liked the way you told us who sang each song, and what songs the groups sang together. Sounds like this CD is a good one!

You're Welcome, Lynn! One bad thing about the CD...LOL...They spelled Glenn's name wrong!! They spelled it w/ one "N", but he said he doesn't care...So, it's all good...I guess!

I probably won't be seeing them again until March, unless they get some concerts scheduled in between now and then...which is highly unlikely. I think I have enough excitement about them actually remembering me, and Frank actually knowing my name...that it will probably keep me geared up until March!

Anyone going to see them soon...I think I know of a couple that might be... !

That's funny they spelled Glenn's name wrong, I have a project or two where publishers have spelled artists name wrong.

I'm glad Frank remembered you! Tim and Frank remembered me when I saw them at the Brumley Sing - it makes you feel special, doesn't it? I hope L5 gets around your area before March! That would be way to long for me to wait! But if you can do it without going insane, please share your secret! I think some of us on here need to know how to do that too!

I'm going to see L5 somewhere in the near next week! (That's if I have my dates right! )

LOL, Nate!

Lynn - Yeah...It really does make it 100 x's more special when they remember you. When I walked up behind a lady to get in line to look at their table, I was just gonna look and not really say anything b/c I didn't want to be a gooftard...but then Frank came around the table and said, "Hey Katie..." and gave me a big hug...It was SO cute! I think I got about three hugs from him b/4 we left...lol! And Glenn and Tim (I don't think they remembered my name), but they knew who I was! It was really sweet! To me, I'm the baby of my family and everyone remembers my brothers and sisters names and everything about them, but they never remember my name or anything about me...lol...so, that was cool to be someone that they remembered...(yes, I'm a little bitter...lol! )

I hope you do have your dates right, that would kinda stink! Where is the concert? I'm SO excited for you...I hope you have fun...and take lots of pics for us!!!

Sorry if I repeat myself a billion times...I just love talking about them!
