WOW...LOL!!! It's been like three months since I posted on here, or even been on here! My bad! What is all this about Frank leaving???? NO!!! He can't leave...He's too awesome!

We just saw them last night in Gainsville, TX! I got to meet Naomi and Katie! They are just as sweet in person as they are on here. The concert was probably the best that I have been to! Tim said they were a little rusty from being on vacation, but I thought it was excellent!

The best part was when Frank Seamans was talking to Naomi, Katie, and me about the forum thread and asked if it was true that there was someone with the name FrankSeamansisCUTE!!!! I was like...THAT'S ME!!! LOL...It was so adorable!

Got to hug Frank, Scott, and Tim...It was actually the first time I got to speak to Tim...He's really sweet! As are all the guys!!! I baked them some black bottom cupcakes and Glenn was all happy about that! So adroable!! I posted a bunch of pics on facebook...don't know how to post them anywhere else...: /

Anywho...I'll let Naomi and Katie tell you the rest...They are much better at it then I am!

Talk to ya'll later!
Katie

We had an AWESOME time at the concerts!!! The guys were GREAT as usual . It was sooo awesome to meet Katie Patrick!! We had a blast talking, hanging out, and getting pictures together with L5 .

We had the opportunity spend time talking to all of the guys(I LOVE them sooo much!!), got some great pictures(I'm updating my avatar ASAP ) we also had fun surprising them by showing up at the the second concert(we didn't tell them we we're coming ), and there's a bunch of other cool details BUT we just got home this evening and we're too bushed from the weekend to write a review that would really do it justice!!
But I Promise, we'll give you guys a full review within the next couple days !! I'm watching the video that we took from Gainesville right now, so my memory will be fresh
We'll be posting soon!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys!! Sorry Lyn, We just got home a few hours ago. The concerts were AWESOME as always!!I don't know how they do it but every time I see them it's even better than the last time!

Ok, I got to talk to Frank Friday night. I just told him that I'd heard some rumors going around about him leaving the group and I wanted to hear from him if he was.
He said that in several weeks Frank Jr is going to have to be in the hospital for a month. He said that him staying depends on how Frank Jr is after that. He said if he is gets good results and he's doing alright he'll stay, but if something happens his son needs to be his #1 priority. As much as I don't want him to leave, I completely understand. He told me that he just felt like he had to be honest with Scott about it, because if something happened with his son and he was still with the group he didn't want to have be in the position where L5 needed him and he also needed to be with Frank Jr. He said that they had checked in to some possibilities of either a temporary or replacement tenor.
So as of right now he's not leaving. They just have to keep in mind the possibility of needing another tenor. He said they're just praying and waiting on what God leads them to do. But he did tell me that unless something happens where he has to leave or unless God leads him to do something else, he would NEVER leave! He said he loves what he does and really believes this is what God has lead him to do.
He just asked that we please pray for his son. And we all REALLY need to keep Frank and Frank Jr in our prayers regularly. I know I'm definitely gonna be spending alot more time on my knees on their behalf. The whole family needs to be in our prayers. I know it's got to be trying on Frank's faith and not always easy to put up a strong front.
I just want him to know that we love him and are praying for him. I'm really believing God will work a miracle for him.

Anyways, I just wanted to update y'all on all that. Just please take some time and seriously go before the Lord and lift the whole Seamans family in prayer.

Like Naomi said, one of us will get on here in the next day or so and give you a full update of the concerts!

Great post, Katie! The Seaman's really do need our prayers! Every time I pray for them, or even think about them...I start crying. They are such an inspiration to me...If he can still trust God and have peace through this trial, then I can trust God and have peace in my trials too! He truly is a "hero of the faith." I admire them SO much. Frank, Libby, and Frank Jr. are my heroes! God Bless them!!!

BTW...Do you guys think I should change my name??

Well said! I feel the same!

Hmmm... idk. Personally I think it's cute. Just be sure to make sure everyone knows it was your idea. Cuz Frank said someone told him that they thought he put you up to it!! So you wanna be sure to set the record straight with that.

: )...Okay...I'm gonna keep the name b/c it was from my heart. So here goes...TO ALL: Frank Seamans did not put me up to making my s/n. I thought of it all on my own...lol...I love Frank Seamans, and I do think he's cute and adorable. He had nothing to do w/ it...lol!

It was so funny when he said something about it. He was all jumping around...what are the odds?!

Katie or Naomi...Was Glenn saying something about the forum too? I thought I heard your mom say something to the guys, and then Glenn said something about the content or something?? Or did I just imagine that...LOL!

Thanks for the post Katie! I understand if Frank needs to be with his son, and I respect him for putting his family first. It's just good to know the answer to the rumor going around! Yes, we really do need to keep the Seamans in our prayers! Can't wait to hear how the concert went! But you girls get some rest first!

I got a couple of videos at the concert. They aren't that great though, because my camera doesn't have very good zoom. And, does anyone else have this problem...every time I go to upload a video on youtube...it takes like a billion years (okay...so I'm being a little dramatic)!

I got two videos...one of me giving Frank a hug, and one of me giving Scott a hug...Scott was SO cute...He had a pink tie on and a white suit...and in the video...He's like, "1, 2, 3 Hug"...LOL...It was so adorable. You can hear Naomi and Katie laughing in background.

You know what I just thought...Poor Howie...He doesn't get as much recognition as he deserves. Poor guy...I LOVE HOWIE!!! *Sorry, that was very random*

I would post my videos on youtube, but it takes too long and they really aren't that great of quality. But...I do think that Naomi and Katie took video and their camera is pretty awesome...so I'm sure they will post it.

TTYL...

LOL. Yeah it does take a while to get our videos on YouTube. I'll let Naomi give you the "technical" version of why it takes so long. She's the mastermind behind all that. She said you have to render it before you put it on there, or something like that, and that takes a while. I'm not gonna say much about that because I don't want to show my ignorance.lol. I really need to get her to show me how to do that so at least I can pretend I know what I'm talking about.lol.

I know! I love Howie so much!!! He's just great! Every time I go to a concert He's so hilarious. He always has a rolling. Not to mention he's the best baritone in ALL of SG music AND BEYOND!!! lol He's great. They're ALL GREAT!!

And yeah, we'll be posting our videos ASAP!! At the Gainesville concert my dad got an awesome spot in the balcony so you can see everything with no heads in the way.lol.
Isn't it just uncanny how it seems like every time you go to a concert someone really tall sits in front of you and you can't see?!?! Well, maybe it's just me because I'm so short.lol. That's another great reason to try for the front row!

And don't give up on us guys! We really are gonna get on here and give a review of the concerts! I may try to do it this evening sometime.

Haha...I haven't got a clue when it comes to "rendering" anything! LOL!

YES!!! That is so true...But fortunately...lol...my sister is handicap...lol...so, we always get seats in the front, but they are always to the side...so someone in the group always has something growing out of them. Like Glenn...lol...Poor guy...He had a plant growing out of him!!! The second half I sat on the floor by my sister so I could see and get videos. LOL!!! But at church...there is always a mile high guy or girl for that...sitting in front of me. I guess it doesn't help when your short either... ...I feel your pain...LOL!

I like SG humor but I wish they would do a serious rendition of the Walk With Me hymn ... a remake of this old hymn like the one done by the Dixie Echoes back in 1968 featuring Larry Ford.

Lol I don't know about the "mastermind" part .. I think I have to go with Scott Fowler's description of "computer nerd" .lol. he nailed me there!

It could be few different things. It really varies from computer to computer. Ya know.. depending on how fast your computer runs and how fast your internet connection is, and the size of your file makes a huge difference too.
My files usually take between 40 minutes and 4 hours to upload.. depending on the size. I don't remember what the average was(i've slept since then ya know!!), when I start uploading the new videos I'll try to let ya know .
How big is your file? Oh yeah, the reason I have to render my video is because we shoot the whole concert without stopping(except for the intermission), so when I load it onto the computer it's several long clips, rather than individual songs. So from there, each of the songs have to be split into individual clips, then they each have to be "rendered" separately(which takes more time than it does to upload them to Youtube )
Most folks just record one clip at a time, so there's no need to edit it.. but I hate to miss a second of the concert!!

So there it is. My technical explanation . If it doesn't make any sense, let me know and I'll give it another try!! If yours takes forever, just about the only thing that I could actually reccommend for you to do would be to just click upload before you go to bed and let load while you sleep!!

Hang in there with me about the reviews guys!! It's coming!!! I've got to write 2 of them here!!lol

LOL...Thanks Naomi...I SO do not have the patience for all that..lol! I think I might try uploading while I'm sleeping...lol! Good idea.

My videos aren't good at all, but they're memories...and that's what's so cool about them.

I tried changing my profile pic on here, but every time I shrink the pic to fit...they tell me there is an error and it can't be seen.

Oh, yeah...I was wondering...When is Frank Jr. supposed to be having his stem-cell transplant?

It's called "By Request" and it can be yours for the low price of $20! It's a limited time offer.. so call or click today!!!!!!

I'm not possitive when Frank Jr. is supposed to be starting his stem cell transplant. I want to think that Frank said within a few weeks, but don't quote me on that. Maybe Katie will remember better than me .

Yeah I know what you mean about the vidoes! I love having them because it helps me to keep the memories fresh in my mind !!

What website are you using to shrink your picture?

Okay...Well, I wanted to get him something to encourage him, but I'm not sure what?!

If it is any encouragement...My Uncle Bobby had the same kind of cancer that Frank Jr. has...he is in remission, and has been for several years. I'm praying that God will do a miracle. I know He can!!!

I'm using pictureshrinking.com or shrinkpictures.com...something like that...lol!

The original version is not the "Walk With Me" the other poster was thinking of, though. That version is "Walk with me, walk with me, lest mine eyes no longer see..." or something like that.

I love L5's "Walk With Me" though. One of my favorites live and on cd.

Love the sales pitch Naomi! I'm going to buy "By Request" when I see L5 this Sunday just for Heroes Of The Faith CD. From what I hear, it's one of their best!

Ladies he is referring to a different song called "Walk With Me" which Is also a good song That usually features the tenor and I think that Frank would absolutely nail that song!!! Maybe they will make another Heritage album and put that one on there I really hope they do another Heritage project!!!
