Probably the easiest thing to do would be to find a composer who already has publishing arrangements in place. (The alternatives: Finding one who does not, and writing a tune yourself.)

Of course, it's much easier said than done.

I sit at computer almost every night and watch TV thru a mirror so any writing I see is backwards. Just get used to it. Moved TV's around so now looking over my left shoulder instead of my right shoulder and even that little change took getting used to.
