I could easily get the 25 mount achievement on 4 of my toons. I have the ambassador title on 2 of them and about to get it on the 3rd. With a little work, will have it on 4th. That makes it easy to just buy up the mounts straight out for the achievement. I could probably get the 50 mount achievement on my undead mage. But I really don't want to spend the gold or time to get that one.

A buddy of mine lucked into the mount from Baron Rivendare in Strat the other day. Makes me want to get Amy to help me farm Strat for it.

the see thru tiger mount always catches my eye. The Mammoth I have no interest in. I have yet to hatch a Shallizar egg into anything I can ride but have gotten a few nifty pets.

well some updates. am lvl 80 and rolling with mage. have a BE pally to 22 now. one serious lack of skilled tanks on my server.

Mage is now 4/4 ToGC tailoring and wearing Merlin's Robe. It is crazy how much casters have to gem around and such to stay hit capped.

I am at point now though with a key part of my 5x5 and 3x3 team dying saturday to we decided to retire our teams with the 2130ish rating on each.

My guild I have some issues with. The Second seems to want to run with opther folks than the guild. if it continues he will be facing some demotion in rank. Unsure how he will take it but oh well

Well, I have something else to be OCD over: the Pilgrim's Bounty.

I now have to complete as much of it as I can on all my toons - too many to think of or list.

Ok, got most everything done on 2 toons for these pilgrim quests. And got cooking up to 300 on 2 lower toons because of it.

I am the Turkinator!

congrats, I haven't even started yet. That is because we've just gotten our tank and healer team to 80 and are working on heroics. Oh the pain, but oh the fun (still in items under 200).

That reminds me, where can I find out the caps of our attributes? And what about minimums? I know about Wow_Heros but all I would like a nice list for our specs...

car2ner, hands down the BEST site is eliteistjerks

unsure of spelling but google it.

i know for a caster the base is 17% hit for a raid boss. tank is 540 def((689 def rating)) for raid and 535 for heroics. if he has resillience gear some say it adds in but some say no

for a caster hit cap it gets weird.

warlock with 3 points in affliction his hit cap is 368. space goat in party lowers it by 27, a shadow priest and moonkin gives the lock buffs that lowers it.

arcane mage with a 57/3/11 with 3 in arcane suppresion((I think))) and 3 in precision has a hit cap of 286 or 11%. 6% reduction from talents. anything OVER hit cap is waste

It had been ages since I ran Dead Mines and my 57 warrior had never run it. So I decided to run it yesterday evening to get a pet bird drop... and I did which got me my Plenty of Pets achievment. So I decided that while in the neighborhood I might as well run Stockades just to get the achievement.

Funny how the Stormwind guards did not welcome my Troll warrior who was coming to help with the prison riot there. And talk about thankless, they were quite ticked off as I rode into the instance.

I just got to do the stockade for the first time a couple of weeks or so ago since I have played almost exclusively horde toons. My dorf hunter was like 22 or 23 when I did it, good fun. I'm quite familiar with the Deadmines because my Blood Elf tailor would go there to farm linen cloth and wool. It's the best place in the game to get wool, IMHO. I usually take him through there and just use arcane explosion and one time I can remember I ran smack dab into a bunch of lowbie allies and I was around 60ish.

Whoopsy, all I was missing was some jam to go on all of that toast.

Its not too hard as long as 50 level 80s or so aren't dancing naked by the fountain - which seems to be common to the Alliance on our server. That peculiarity only happens with BELFs on Horde side and almost always in Org.

Then again, quite a few allies rolled BELFs... so then it would make sense the BELFs are the usual pole dancers

oooooooooooooooooohkay then, remind me not to come to your server. The only time I saw that was on an alternate server I was goofing around on because my main server was down...and others were there rolling level 1's just to kill time. Lots of nekkid dancing and nothing clever in general chat.

I have all chats turned off except guild (and pary) chat. And anyone who does too much stupidity in guild chat will find themselves wearing a very undecorated guild tabard if you follow me

Chat is so bad on Thrall server that no one with any sense keeps it on anymore. So in the cities, the kiddies use /y and /s to get others to hear their drivel because no one wants to hear it.

And so far, I have yet to find any US server without nekkid dancing NELFs.

Which I find odd since the best dancers are the space goats. They have the other dances beat hands down!

Hey all! It's me...Nealmorsefan...can't seem to remember my password for that name and the e-mail address tied to that login is dead. Grrr... Anyway, I haven't been on CW Forums in awhile or WoW for that matter and am wondering what y'all are up to? My brother-in-law says Icecrown Citadel opens this Tuesday. Anyone geeked to finally get in there and smack Arthas around? Sounds like its going to be wicked-hard for even the best raid guilds. Thoughts?

I love my draenei, but i wouldn't say she's my best dancer. As I see it, the top five WoW dancers are:
1. Undead males
2. Troll males
3. Nelf females
4. Nelf males
5. Belf males

Maybe an easier thing to say is what are the top five WORST dancers in WoW. For my money, that would be:
1. Undead females
2. Dwarf males
3. Orc males
4. Tauren males
5. Human females

If you like the "cute" factor you may slide the gnomes into the good list, but it doesn't do much for me one way or the other. It's impressive to me how epic the dancing chasm is between undead males and females. The female undead dance is epic fail IMHO.

Oh gosh, I can't stand the Belf dance... looks like she is gonna throw her head right off her fool shoulders!

btw, Hi NMFan...or diggy

Last night our guild decided to run Molten Core for yucks and grins. Our healer had to go cook dinner right before we started and our warrior's wife came home shortly after that. So we ended up with a hunter tanking...ouch, what a mess. My daughter's 71 dk took a beating! Can you say aggro magnet? We hadn't gone very far into the instance when one of our druids was called to dinner. Finally m'love brought his tauren warrior on and one of our troll priests came to heal after loosing WG. We had 6 80's in all and one 71. I remember watching my son run this dungeon when 60 was the max! Well, we cleared it with only one wipe ( a bad pull and chaos ran amok ). My daughter ended the raid practically nekkid since her gear was turning red. What did we get out of it, some laughs, time together, and achievement and almost enough drops to sell to pay for the repair bill. mayge even a little green gear for alts.

Am I ready for the new dungeon? Not in the slightest. I am still getting gear for the harder heroic instances.

BE female and undead male has best dances.

neal you have been missed. you will be happy to know i have went back and made my priest my main. I love the clothie trifecta and love the fact people know me even on my priest as one of a few tailors with all 4 togc patterns on server. gold is rollin.

the patch hits today but only the first two levels and i am not ready to enter that. its higher than ToGC heroic 25. Arthas will be out when Cataclysm comes. this is the last major patch before the xpac. I am still standing on my prediction maybe march or may at latest cataclysm will be released.

I am happily doing my pvp on my priest and destroying in it. pumping 300k dmg in the fast ones is fun. last night i topped 618k in dmg in a drawn out warsong gulch. 800+ resil and 27k hp on a clothie rocks self buffed.

I am looking for some profs for her. I dropped 388 enchanting and 288 tailoring. I am eyeing engineer as I am exalted with horde expedidtion. and fact i can fly a helo and ride a choppa? as well as having a great proff in pvp. I am looking at blacksmith and JC. cant beat those epic gems and the 2 extra slots. what do you guys think will do good. I am popping up mining just to have mats and possible sell if go to another thing but have a 450 tailor and 460 enchanter so not neededing another tailor/enchanter

Thanks Joey! Priests rule and I'm impressed that you are up to 27K HP! That take some serious effort. I have level 80 plate wearers with less health than that. Of course, I have run exactly zero raids on them, so I shouldn't be surprised. I can't imagine how crazy the gear will be in Catacylsm..I think it's OP now!

As for your profs...I'm confused. You say you have the 4 TotC patterns and your tailoring was only 288? Do you mean you have them on one of your other 80s? If so, why on earth would you level 2 tailors?!?! That's insanity, dude! I suggest herbalism/alchemy if you are going to heal. If you are a dps and have a level 450 miner, you might go for the dual-threat of engineering/jewelcrafting. There are some sick JC only gems available for dps-ing with. Whoa! Just re-read your post and totally missed the last part about your tailor/chanter...d'oh!

As for me...if I return to the game, my bro-in-law said he doesn't need any more shammies in his raid. But he would have a place for my ret pally...so I guess I'd go in that direction. Still got my disc priest that I'm sure would be called on sooner than later...people tend to get tired of healing faster than other raid positions as I understand it. I still may level my Orc hunter over on Moonrunner for fun and then there's my Orc warrior that could fit nicely into an ICC raid once I've geared her into arms spec. So much to do and so little time to do it with...

I can't get into the game tonight but my husband did. He clicked random on the new LFG option and ended up in the new 5 man. I told him that I was cooking dinner...that was quite awhile ago. It is a long raid. But the LFG device worked well.

Had the chance to watch m'love tank since I could not get on. He did great. He got one handed tanking mace. I told him it looked like a giant baby's rattle.
