I love to watch the Food Network. My favorite shows are Unwrapped and Paula Deen's Home Cooking my least is Emeril (he is just not practical and his voice is just a little abrasive) What is your favorite? (Sorry about the poll - I got an error message while doing it and I get the same one when I try to edit it)

Emeril Live was canceled so he won't be on the foodnetwork except on specials or reruns. I have it on all the time. I like: Good Eats Iron Chef Dinner Impossible Unwrapped Ace of Cakes Ok shows: Ina Giada Simply Delicioso Paula Neelys and Keeping It Real (Sunny Anderson) Terrible shows: Ann Burell's (Mario Batali's sous chef) Secrets of a Restaurant Kitchen. Semi Homemade Not terrible but absolutely burned out on: Rachel Ray and Bobby Flay

I don't watch the food network much but love the show Unwrapped.

I like Unwrapped also and Paula Deen and that one show Diners, Drive In something with that dude with spiky hair...I think his name is Guy- that's a fun show to watch.

Favorites: Unwrapped Triple D (Diners, Drive-in's, etc.) Challenge Ace of Cakes Least favorites: The Neely's (she's way over the top annoying) Rachel Ray Anything with Alton whatever his name is Iron Chef Any of Giada's snooty shows. Plus she's too abnormally thin for someone who supposedly eats what she cooks.

Most favorite are the Challenges. When they have five or six pro or amateur chefs as contestants to make a specific item. It's usually cakes or pastry or burgers. I especially love when cake master Mike McCarey competes, he makes some awesome stuff. I also enjoy Everyday Italian, Ace of Cakes, Diners Drive ins & Dives, Dinner Impossible (I like Michael Symon, but I miss Robert Irvine), Iron Chef (though it's hard with Alton Brown as host), Unwrapped, and sometimes Semi-Homemade. I usually skip any show with Paula Deen (sorry, can't take the voice & cackling laugh) and Alton Brown. (except for IC since he's not the main thing).

My favorite is Tyler Florence, hands down. I also like anything Alton Brown does, and Barefoot Contessa. I can't stand Guy Fieri, and turn the channel whenever he comes on. Paula is getting to be annoying, as is Rachel Ray. The Neely's are okay, but sometimes their PDAs get to be too much. I haven't seen Ann Burrell's show yet.

I ate at Paula Deen's restaurant in Savannah and everything tasted like butter, so I would be very unlikely to watch her shows or try any of her recipes.

I have made several things from her recipes, and for the most part they are good. I haven't been to her restaurant; but of my friends who have, it's about evenly divided between those who liked it and those who didn't.

I guess the reason I like Paula's show is that I have tried lots of her recipes and I love them (I just cut down on the butter). I actually love her southern voice. I would love to go to her restaurant. I used to like Rachel Ray, but she is gets on my nerves lately. I had her on the other day and I think she said YUM-O about 20 times.

My favorite is when they focus on cooking competition. Speed cooking or best Barbequers, is that word.

The original Iron Chef from Japan is my favorite ("squee-san!"). That chairman is so over the top pretentious. The American Iron Chef is okay, but that new chairman has got to go. Good Eats is terrific, too. I watch "Throwdown" just to see Bobby Flay lose, which he usually does.
