How much sleep do you generally get? And what hours do you normally get that sleep in?

I go to bed (normally) between 3 and 4 every night. How much sleep I get is greatly determined by the time I get up the next day. Monday nights I'll get up to 9-10 hours, where Saturday nights I only get 4 (nothing beats fighting sleep in church).

I sleep less than that. During the week I go to bed anywhere from 10 pm to 11.30. My alarm goes off at 4.45 and I am out of the house about a half hour later.

I sleep in more on the weekends.

I'm fighting to stay awake much past 9:30pm. Most mornings I'm awake at 6am.

I get to bed around 10 or 11p.m. most nights and wake up at 8a.m. usually.

I feel like going to bed around 8p.m., but there's usually too much going on at our house for that to actually happen. I have a feeling when the kids are gone; I may just do that, though.

I've been told that I need to start going to bed earlier and not sleep during the day. (It's been too hot to sleep at night, and I have problems sleeping at night anyway). Seeing as I have fibromyalgia, I need to get as much sleep as I can at night to try and get rid of it.

On the weekends if I don't have anywhere I have to be in the morning I get 8-10 hours. On weekdays, usually 6-7.

The only time I have a regular sleeping pattern is when I have vacation. How much sleep I get on my vacation depends on where I'm having my vacation. When I go to Belgium to see my family, I usually wake up between 9 and 10am, having gone to bed somewhere between 10pm-midnightish.

In Bahrain (where I live), I don't have a regular sleeping pattern cause of work. I'm a flight attendant, so I sleep when I can while trying to find a balance so I can have somewhat of a normal life on days off and sleep during the day before a night flight

I usually go to bed around 12:30am on weekdays (I work until 10pm and dont get home till about 10:45pm) then I wake up around 9am.
Weekends I can get anywhere from 8-10hrs of sleep. Depending on how late or not I stay up the night before.
