I remember just a phrase from a song I heard last Christmas, but hopefully someone can identify it. The chorus had the phrase "Christ himself decorated the tree".
I realize this is not much to go on but if anyone can come up with anything about this song, I would deeply appreciate it.
I'm just making a wild guess here but would it happen to be a song called Christmas at Calvary? Best guess I can make. Kingsmen did a great job on that song years ago. Sorry if I'm wrong. I've been out of radio for three years. Herbert
Cool .. just found his Christmas double-album in CD format on ebay ... great find. I have several Squire Parson albums and have never heard one that wasn't very inspiring and uplifting. Squire is a marvelous singer and writer. Southern gospel music is so fortunate to have men of his ability and character in its ranks. I especially enjoy his trio albums which have featured one son or the other over the years as there is just something about family harmony that is unbeatable.
