Hello everyone! I am a researcher for Spring Arbor University and we are doing a study about why people read the "Left Behind" series. So, why do you (or did you) read "Left Behind?" I took the survey. I am a Roman Catholic so I am not sure I believe all of what the books say although I believe 99% of it. I'm not sure what I don't believe or am not sure of because I read the books 2 years ago I believe so I don't remember everything. They were very exciting and some of it was very scary, especially because people are now saying the world is going to end in 2012. Not for me but my parents take the Lords name in vain a lot. It's a very bad habit that they have been doing for eons or at least it seems that way. We are all Catholic. I worry they won't go to Heaven. My niece & nephew aren't baptised although because I knew they probably wouldn't be, I did an emergancy Baptism. I worry for them and also my sisters. I always pray for my family. I do know that God says we can't know when the world is going to end so we must live each say as it was our last, so I don't know how I feel about 2012.
I have the movies on VHS but my VCR is not working so well so I haven't seen them yet. If they are anything like the book, I will be glad I got the movie.
I love to take surveys and this one was interesting. Thanks for sending the link. There was one problem with the survey though that I want to tell you about. It asked my religion and I put Roman Catholic. Then it said if you answered Prostetant, tell us what denomination. I didn't answer that question and it said that I didn't answer that question so I couldn't continue. In that slot I wrote "I am Roman Catholic." Just wanted to let you know.
