He went to the hospital this afternoon, had a brain aneurysm, is in a coma, and they're giving him like 24 hours to live. He's in a coma, breathing on a ventillator, and they're going to give him a test at 3am to see if his brain is still responding. They said that for people that get to this point, there's a 100% mortality rate.
Please pray for me and my family.

Oh Father comfort this family in this time of sorrow. I pray all of them have the relationship with you that dubc419 has. It is never an easy time, Lord but I pray you make it as easy as possible and they have the peace of knowing their father knows you.

He's the same as last night. they had the brain scan, but we haven't gotten the results yet. But my dad knew Christ, and so does the rest of my family. Just keep praying for us.

He doesn't have any brain activity. They're just keeping him on the ventillators until they can donate his organs. The funeral stuff is going to be monday.

Dear Abba,
I ask right now that your ruach ha kodesh (holy spirit) hover heavily over this person's dad. I ask that you hover over the family and bring the comfort only you can bring.
I am asking that you have mercy on this man and that he pass peacefully into your presence. I am asking for your signature on his face. Your signature of love that will be a testamony for the family. I pray for a peaceful countenance, and steady breathing. Holy Spirit, I ask that you gaurd the family against the attacks of the enemy. Thanks for all of your prayers. I don't think it's settled in yet for any of us, so we're going to need your continued prayers for a while.
We've gotten through most of the stuff for the memorial on monday. So I think we just have to eat our 3 tons of food and be with family until then. I have no idea what life is going to be like after that, and it's kinda scary.
Please continue to pray for us.

I just wanted to let you know that I prayed for you and your family. I hope that it gives you some measure of comfort during this painful time to know that your brothers and sisters in Christ are with you in spirit. I hope that doesn't sound like a Hallmark card. I really mean it.
I lost my mom to cancer, and you go through so many cycles of emotion and grief. I pray that at each one you feel God's presence, that you know He's right there, that He hasn't left you, and neither has he abandoned your dad.
Keep coming here to drink from the Lord's water. You are cared for here.

Father please bring great comfort to this family as they deal with the adjustment that will follow after the services and company dies down. Help them through this grief. I pray they draw close together and close to you during this time.

Lord my heart goes out to this family. Hold them close. Ease their pain, suffering and confusion. Envelop them with your loving arms and minister to them.
Give them the much needed rest and make their sleep sweet and restful.
Be with them all Heavenly Father and take this unto you and help them night and day.
