Okay folks! It’s about that time again!!!! The 2009 Single’s Christmas Card Exchange!!! 
*waits for applause to die down*
Okay…here are the rules, very simple:
If you wish to participate in the exchange, I will need the following information from you by October 30th:
Forum User Name
Real Name
Mailing Address
Email Address
(please specify if you only want e-cards)
If you want to receive cards, but don't want to give out your personal info, I encourage you to find someone else (either IRL or on the forums) who is willing to receive cards for you at their mailing address. Please work out these details *before* PMing me.
And if you ONLY want to send ecards, send me a PM to let me know. (You don't have to send me your personal info, of course.)
By November 9, I will send a PM to everyone who wants to receive cards. The PM will include a list of the handles (not addresses) of people who want to send cards.
Those of you who want to receive cards will then have several days to look over the list of potential senders and consider whether you want them to have your mailing and/or email address.
By November 16, I need a response via PM from everyone who wants to receive cards.
I want one of these two responses:
It is OK for everyone on the list to have my information.
OR...
Do NOT send my mailing address to:
a.
b.
c.
Do NOT send my email address to:
a.
b.
c.
By November 18, those who want to send cards will receive an EMAIL from me with the names, addresses, and/or email addresses of everyone who said you may have their info.

WOW! Christmas Card Exchange time already?! Still seems a bit early, but I guess if it still needs to be done in order to get right into the swing of things so that cards can make it out in time for November.
Do you still have our mailing addresses etc from last year? In any case, I'm in.

Just an FYI...I sent emails to everyone on the list and need responses NO LATER THAN Thursday 3:00 Central time. I will be gone until the 30th of November and won't have access to the email I sent the list from.
I will send out the finished list next week.
Yes, I'll work on it while I'm on vacation.
